Yes Car & Van Rental

An efficient service , I could even collect my car on a Sunday. My car was reasonably priced and very clean and was a comfortable drive. Scott is a very nice man to deal with, I will definitely use his company again in the future.

I needed to hire a van bigger than the local removal people had and found a great priced van and friendly service at 'Yes' in Cromer. Scott, the owner, provided a new, very clean van and although I was nervous he showed confidence in me which really helped. I'm more than happy to recommend you to 'Yes' as a satisfied customer and would use it again. My best wishes to Scott in 2023 and beyond.

If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. I was privileged to receive first class customer service, and a very clean and nicely prepared as new car. Having just arrived at Kelling Heath Holiday Park in a motorhome we enquired about the possibility of renting a car locally to get us around more easily. We therefore booked Yes Car & Van Rental at the last minute, this was no problem to Scott who is the proprietor. He personally made a car ready for us immediately. We received a great daily price for a lovely clean and economical car. I can highly recommend Yes Car &Van Rental, it was certainly service with a smile, not just from them but from us too.

Messed up my booking despite having booked a week in advance, i phoned on a tuesday asked for a van next Tuesday and Wednesday, spent some time checking on availability, confirmed they could do it, when I arrive today Tuesday 21st, they had it booked in for the following Tuesday has totally screwed up plans for a house move etc and lost me a customer
