We have been coming back to Melanie and David for many years and we can definitely recommend NCH to everyone. The owners clearly do everything they can to satisfy their customers. Also, the properties are perfectly designed, offer modern equipment and have great locations and accessibility. I would give more stars but can only offer five :-)

Beware before booking with this Company. My family are going through an extremely difficult time at present, following my brother in law Edward being diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer last summer. Edward & his wife Katherine made a booking to stay in The Bath House in Cromer last September but then Edward got his cancer diagnosis and chemo had to start. They moved their booking to January this year in the hope Edward would be well enough but sadly he wasn't. They wanted to cancel the booking but the host Melanie would only offer a 50% refund and made them change the booking again. The family are so upset by the complete lack of compassion and cannot believe despite being told everything that is going on at present the Company are more concerned with making money which Edward & Katherine cannot afford to lose at this awful time. The Company is completely inhumane.

We enjoyed a break at the bath house in January, I must say it was a lovely break. The property was immaculate and we were all made to feel very welcome The property boasts postcard views, we could not have asked for anything better. Cromer in the Winter was lovely We both ventured into a bit of open water swimming having watched a few others and it was a real treat to be able to jump in the Sauna afterwards. Watching the surfers through the window proved to be an enjoyable time to unwind Melanie(the host) recommended a couple of places to eat and drink (Suffield Arms and Gunton Arms) both of which were fantastic The property was furnished to a high standard and we are proud to say we never felt the need to turn the TV on once! I wouldnt hesitate in booking again
