Pasquill Roof Trusses

Shocking poor, the roof design was not communicated with the architect, resulting in slightly different roof heights.. then when they were delivered we were told they arrive first drop off around 8am. At 11.30 they arrived which was too late to safely install the trusses. Peter Hartley one of the managers was very rude on the phone and claimed they would be temporarily braised over the weekend and would send over details on how to do so in accordance with their design. These never arrived and I was only contacted at 6.30pm sending me advice on how to safely store the trusses. Which as you imagine was too late as the crane and left and all work force. The two staff members who were onsite failed to inform us how to store safely over the weekend. So had to hire extra help to try to Jack up the trusses to store them in accordance with their guidelines. If this information was sent over straight away not so much of an issue but now I have to pay for another days crane hire which the company wont accept is their fault although they admit they didn't deliver as expected. Peter Hartley pointed out a number of times that they were still delivered in the morning. Not helpful and I would encourage people to think even though they are the cheapest I found they have terrible service.

Some Large organisations are restricted by the confines of what they get used to and what becomes the norm. Others have the ability to step outside of the conventional, and offer additional advice when they identify potential problems. I had a tricky roofing project that required some careful thought and attention to detail in the initial planning stages. Ive worked with other Truss Roof companies in the past, but found Pasquill to be extremely helpful from conception to delivery. I dealt with Peter Hartley, who demonstrated an almost chameleon like approach to the way in which he outperformed my expectations, and went that extra mile. Peter was patient with my over ambitious demands and managed my expectations. Providing further support and advice for structural beams that were required, gave the extra touch making the design phase much easier. Once ordered, I was kept up to date with delivery schedules, so I knew exactly when to arrange manpower to unload the trusses. The driver was excellent in his reversing down a particularly long, tight and winding driveway, and best of all, he was on time! Overall, Great product, Great Service and Great price. I have found a development partner, who I will use again. Thank you
