        Ordered online for the first time with this company for next day delivery as per their website information, due to requiring the thermostats quickly but they never arrived. 4 days later I emailed them to ask where they were, only to be told the following day they didnt have them in stock and hadnt been sent out. I was prepared to carry on with the order but requested the cost of the fuel to make a second 300 mile round trip trip, which I thought was a reasonable request but they preferred to cancel the order! I just hope after such poor customer service my refund has been sorted! I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects good service levels!

        After receiving an incorrect part from an eBay purchase I was fortunate to find Underfloorshop. I telephoned prior to order and had an fast response to my call from Brandon who reassured me they had the correct part and offered quick delivery.I then ordered the part online at around 14.30 and it was delivered the following day by APC Overnight at 10.30.This was done at no extra cost at a price significantly lower than the competition. The Polypipe PPB00401 Actuator is an integral part of many underfloor heating systems. There can be several on one system.
