        Appalling customer service Charge extra for next day delivery, and next day it hasnt even been sent. No call, no mail to inform of delivery delays. Appalling customer service. Unwillingness to fix situation. We can try to look into it Last time I will ever purchase from them again

        Avoid. Apparently, according to Thomas Ridley who are the parent company, they don't guarantee next day delivery even though they charge you for it and promise it on the website. The lady on the phone kept trying to tell me it wasn't false advertising. But, sadly, if you offer something you can't actually fulfill, I believe that's false advertising.

        Do not order from them. They do not ship your items. They have not responded to several emails I have sent. They are listed as a distributor for Callebaut. Well, Callebaut needs to take them off the list. They are a complete scam.
