        One of the best recruitment agencies in Kettering. Tania is so lovely and always ready to help you find a position that suits you. I would highly recommend this agency to all graduates who are starting their career but are struggling to breakthrough or get adequate jobs. In comparison to some other agencies I've tried, the recruitment bar is far more helpful and friendly.

        Applied for a role, Tania rang me and said to apply for a role outside of the work I was looking for, went through with it anyway, was told Id be contacted by the end of the week with a decision. When it came to the end of the week I contact Tania, she said shed update me soon and never contacted me again. Absolutely awful in fulfilling her role as a recruitment agent. I should have seen the red flags from the start when the company she was recruiting for couldnt retain any of its new staff seemingly employed by the recruitment bar.

        After trying several agencies in Kettering and online it was refreshing to walk into the Recruitment bar, a warm welcome and fresh approach compared to the other dreary agencies. Very friendly and helpful would recommend them.
