        Lady gave us the more expensive option for an illness, (It did not work) then when we came back she proceeded to tell us a treatment she used on her daughter that was way cheaper. Bought it, it worked.

        Despite ordering prescriptions in advance, there has now been numerous occasions where I've pursued to collect and found that the necessary medication isn't in stock. I'd be more understanding if this was a one off. However, this has happened on numerous occasions. Medication is detrimental and to allow individuals to go without and not offer any other options is very concerning, worrying and upsetting. As well as this, it puts individuals' well-being at risk. Personally disgusted.

        Utterly mucked up our prescription. Didnt tell us that they were out of stock for 12 days and then got very defensive! Then tried to make amends by speaking to dr ( without our consent) and ordering a lower dosage. Have gone elsewhere. Dire.
