        Great experience. Efficient and friendly staff with each step clearly explained. Needed different treatments for each ear - micro suction in one and water irrigation in the other. Both were quick and painless, and worth every penny. Nice to be able to hear in stereo again! Thank you :)

        Appointment secured quickly, where everywhere else was at least a 4 week wait for ear wax removal. It is a lovely little place which has worked hard not to be a clinical setting. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and Sophie put me at ease. She explained everything fully and kept me involved in the process at all times. 100% recommended and I will most certainly use the services again.
