Josef's Pianos

Had an outstanding experience with Josef's Pianos from initial enquiry, all the way through to delivery of my chosen piano. Both Chris & Jon were a pleasure to deal with, they are both all too happy to share their knowledge and experience, with no pressure to purchase. Although I had an idea of the model I was after, I was encouraged to try other makes & models first to make sure I was making the the right choice, for what was a very substantial purchase for me. Once I had made a final decision, I was offered a competitive price and was talked through the careful preparation process the piano would go through before leaving them. The specialist delivery company that is used by Josef's was also very good, with the two man team being friendly and extremely careful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Josef's, It was refreshing to deal with a local family company that just gets things right and does business the good old fashioned way!

Chris and Jon are absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend Josefs. I bought my Husband a piano for his 30th birthday - they both helped from day one, with fantastic advice. We had a couple of appointments on a Saturday, due to my Husband being torn by 3 different pianos - Jon did not rush us - no pressure added at all. He even tested the pianos for us as my Husband hadn't played in a while so wanted to hear the piano in full. We finally decided, but couldn't have the piano delivered straight away - again no pressure on delivery and they stored it for us until we could have it delivered. Delivery was quick and professional. Very good communication and rang 30 minutes prior to arrival. Follow up information and tips to look after your piano were very informative and very much appreciated! Could not recommend Josefs any more! Please support a local business - they are absolutely fantastic!

I highly recommend Josefs pianos. From the initial call I was asked exactly what I was looking for and why I was considering purchasing a new piano. There was an excellent range of pianos to try and I was given time and space to make sure it was the right decision for me. Chris and John were able to suggest and advise me throughout and for that, I am very grateful. My piano was delivered by an expert company, followed up by an email to ensure it had arrived safely and everything was ok. Excellent service and advice from start to delivery; thank you very much.

My experience at buying my first acoustic piano has been made first class all the way. Jon and Chris not only supply a wide selection of pianos to suit all abilities but have an envious level of knowledge which they are more than happy to share. They offer advice without hesitation and make the whole experience hugely enjoyable, comfortable and very informative throughout. Even in these times of Covid, the experience was a pleasure. What I liked the most was the freedom to spend as much time as needed to make the right choice of piano and they were on hand to answer any questions and advise accordingly. Ive only been playing for 4 years and at no point did I feel that my limited knowledge was any less considered than that of a concert pianist. From start to the delivery the whole experience has been exemplary. I would 100% recommend Josefs Pianos without hesitation. A big thumbs up!
