Answered my Find a Builder Job post first and quickest. It was a broken roof light window and we wanted a Velux style replacement. Sean understood what I wanted. Explained what I needed. Came as soon as weather permitted (May 21!). Sean and his mate were friendly and got the job done in a relaxed but efficient way. Neat job. Thoroughly recommended. Service: Skylight repair

I called Sean gone 7pm with a strange request having never spoken before, he answered my call and responded to our family emergency. Our cat had managed to get itself stranded at the highest point on a neighbours roof! Sean responded from Rothwell immediately, within minutes he was up the ladder on the roof, to effect a rescue of our feline friend. Our local hero..! All our thanks goes to Sean and his family for dropping everything to support us in our ridiculous hour of need. Whilst this isnt a post about Seans roofing work; I feel this pays testament to Seans character. What is really impressive and kind; he didnt accept payment for his services and we had to force him to take our voluntary contribution. To top it all off - hes allergic to cats! Many thanks Sean - I look forward to working with you
