I have used this local, independent, computer, specialist, periodically, for some time. A telephone call is all that is needed for an appointment to be made for Alec to attend one's home to solve whatever problem is causing trouble. Alec always attends at the appointed time, and before one can say 'Jack Robinson' he has resolved the issue. His fees are most reasonable. So if you want to resolve a problem with your device, call Alec, the friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient technical wizard. I strongly recommend him. The only thing he cannot do is comb his hair 'cos he's bald.

i am a disabled and he is very understanding of my disability- i mess up my laptop on a regular basis which means he visits quite regularly .i do say because of this he is very reasonable with his charge...highly recommended
