I would highly recommend Optimal Recovery. I was suffering from back pain during my third trimester of pregnancy and went to Chloe a couple of times for a massage. It made the world of difference - I was much more relaxed and the pain eased after each session. I was also given some useful exercises to do at home which was a bonus. Thank you Chloe.

I have had two sessions (shoulder) to date with Dom and can highly recommend. He provided Professional, knowledgeable and concise information on my initial assessment. His treatment has been excellent and provided much needed pain relief and promoted healing. The real deal.
