A bit of a mixed bag really. I have been thrown into the world of needing regular medication. I was informed that I would be called when my meds were in. They didn't call me and I had to go through the rigmarole of contacting 111 to get some emergency tabs. I ended up having to go to the Springs to pick them up. On a more successful note I recently had someone call me from Boots to ask me how I was getting on with my Spironolactone. A nice touch I thought.

This pharmacy is appalling! Nobody takes any responsibility for mistakes or lack of communication, its either the surgery, the delivery service or your own fault. The best yet I heard today, well these are specialist items. No sense of urgency, no offers of help or other options. The woman on the desk today pretty much told me it was my fault for ordering specialist items, Im diabetic type one, I order what Im prescribe. I literally have no choice in being a type one diabetic or the medical items I need to ya know live! Its supposed to take 2 working days to get your repeat prescription, but if you order here give it 10-20 working days and theres still no grantee! This has been my experience for the past three years since diagnosis, Ive complained multiple times to themselves and the surgery, but guess what no one took responsibility or apologized for their, quite frankly, incompetence! The woman on the desk told was rude and pretty much accused me of lying when I was told on Saturday morning that my items would definitely be there today!! Do ya selves a favor go elsewhere! Which is what I will be doing now, even though this is inconvenient for myself, the constant mistakes and lack of empathy or responsibility is just laughable now.
