Mulgrave House

My nearly 96 year old mum, needs full time nursing care. Mulgrave house has welcomed her. The family were concerned, her leaving a care home. Well we need not have worried. The nursing staff are fabulous, food excellent and management do all to help relatives. BIG THANK YOU from all our large family. We will all sleep settled in the knowledge you professionally care for our mum.

My mum was a short-term resident after a fall a year today. Despite Covid conditions, all the staff did their best to make mum's stay as pleasant as possible. Her room had a lovely view of the garden with lots of pretty flowers, it was kept clean and she had her own en-suite. Staff would spent time everyday talking and seeing to mum's needs to ensure she was not lonely or feeling sad in anyway. Mum has made a full recovery and walks most of the time unaided. My mother who had severe dementia spent her final days at Mulgrave receiving end of life care. I cannot commend the staff highly enough. They treated mother with love, care and dignity. The lasses checked up on mum constantly and ensured she was comfortable. They were also tremendous with ourselves when visiting and were very supportive when mum passed away. As a family we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for mum and ourselves. You are the lovliest and most kind hearted people, whose care and compassion knows no bounds.

My partner's mum was here for about 4 months and received really good care. They did everything they could to support her complex care needs.
