        Took a parcel to this shop for collection via DHL. The tracking hiya says never collected and has done for over a week. I went into the store to ask them and they were very defensive about the matter and even more unhelpful I reckon theyve just keep the parcel and are just playing dumb! I see Im not the first person that has had this kind of issue!

        Shop attendant was incredibly unhelpful when I was hoping to sort out a problem with an eBay collection. He was dismissive and just said I sent it back because it didnt scan after just 3 days despite the fact they have to hold the parcel for 7 days. Now I have to jump through hoops to find its whereabouts/sort a refund. I will not be using this place again
