We had an issue with a combi boiler losing pressure, which John came out and diagnosed as a flooded expansion vessel. The vessel was drained and recharged which resolved the problem. Great service, and we have used him again since to service the boiler.

Jon was great. Very professional; clear, concise and he went above and beyond through every detail to i us. The different between our old system and our new Ideal boiler is night and day. He worked effortlessly through extreme heat for two consecutive days. A proper traditional workhorse. I couldn't be happier. Carters are thoroughly recommended.

John was quick to respond when we sent our SOS after the boiler stopped leaving no heat or hot water. He was with us the very next morning to diagnose the problem. He got the boiler working for the weekend returning soon after with the needed new parts. Good workmanship, knowledgeable and good price. Recommended.
