        I Joined 11 years ago and its one of the best things I have ever done. The help and support you you get is amazing. Thats why I am still coming, not only does it help me maintain my weight losses but its a weekly social where I keep in touch with the wonderful friends I have made. Caroline is a brilliant leader and her commitment to her members is second to none.
