If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The way Mark has messed my brother around is an absolute joke!! My brother tried to sell his house through these as he was interested in another house they was selling, he arranged to do an evaluation twice & never turned up both times & never canceled then asked for photos of his property to do it that way instead he did this and never got a reply so understandably went with another estate agents to sell his!! Then he was told he had the house that he was interested in and had viewed a few months ago if he was still interested he accepted to be then told a few days later that because he was with another estate agents they couldn't sell to him which im pretty sure is actually illegal. He was absolutely devastated, the whole experience with Mark from start to finish has been horrendous, so unprofessional & a complete waste of time. I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone else!!
