Visited this salon a few weeks ago and think the customer service isn't great. Phoned to book an appointment and asked how much a dry trim would cost. For some reason they couldn't give me a set price and said it definitely wouldn't be any more than 10. I was fine with this. Went to my appointment the next day and when i went to pay i got a 'that's 15 please'. I explained that i was told on the phone that it would be no more than 10 but the woman in there wouldn't budge on it and said that the girl who cut my hair is self employed and that's what she charges. Well sorry but don't tell people one thing then change it the next, that's not my problem that she's self employed! Found this totally unprofessional to be honest. Left a bitter taste and whether the hairdresser did an amazing job or not, i wouldn't return because of this, that's just bad customer service in my opinion and i regret paying it and not disputing it more than I did. As for my hair cut, did pretty much what i asked however the front has wispy bits that i never asked for, my hair is a blunt cut and all one length so this is annoying to be honest as it took me ages to get rid of layers and get it all one length. Nice, friendly girl who cut my hair though. However as i say, I wouldn't return as i think out of courtesy for telling a different price on the phone she should have charged this. It's just poor customer service, simple as!
