Our company (Rosedale and Jones Property Consultants) was in need of a brand upgrade when I first booked in to see Jakes Design. We had traded for four years and done very well during that time but now the branding was lagging somewhat behind the progress of the business and it needed to catch up. I had some initial concerns about upgrading the brand, purely because the business was important to me and my family so I wanted to make sure that our core messages were not lost in something too modern off track with our ethics. I sat down with Dan during our first meeting and he really listened to what I was saying, he asked some very insightful questions and we really explored where to take the brand moving forward, paying attention not to leave behind our roots. Our new brand is now out there in the world and the feedback has been truly amazing! I cannot thank Jakes Design enough for their patience and their professionalism throughout this process.
