They didnt show me the T&Cs for my lessons and therefore was unaware what package I was put onto. Was placed onto a 6 month rolling contract without my knowledge. Took money out of my account totalling 270 after I told them I was moving to London and therefore wont be using the lessons. I have tried to resolve this situation but Mark Pearson refused to give a refund, was rude in email replies and hasn't responded to my recent messages. My actual coach Brian Ridley was good and a nice man but I would not recommend PMG.

Contract & Payment was with PMG * Failed to inform me that my coach had moved on * Continued to take payment from me * Cancelled first booking of the new year in the 2 hours before lesson was due. Luckily I could check emaisl that regularly * Cancellation message from their system gave me an email address to contact no longer in service * Contact with "Individuals" in PMG but no response * Charge back for the last 3 months they've not being able to fulfil lessons about to be raised
