        Dont use this surgery, 3 weeks waiting time for a routine appointment what a joke and the staff are miserable

        My daughter is 7 years old. She has fever for continuous 3 days and blocked nose. This is 4th day and she could not sleep properly. We do give Calpol and Ibrufen for 3 days and fever didnt come down. Doctor in this surgery is very careless and never want to prescribe antibiotic or any useful medicine to recover. I am really fed up and going to file a compliant in ombudsmen. We are going to call 111 to make appointment to treat her. Atleast kids must be treated. We pay for NHS but no proper support. All we need is proper treatment.

        Great surgery, the doctors, especially Dr B Browning & nurse Moon, and other nurses and staff, make this surgery my favorite. Can't understand the rating isn't much higher.
