New Cross Surgery

I have personally found the surgery much improved over the past two years, the staff have been helpful, friendly and efficent, willing to answer my queries when asked.

I was stuck in the traffic when I was on the way to the surgery for blood test by last Saturday. I called the practice and apologised Id be late for a few minutes and the receptionist was very polite and patient. The nurse who helped me do the blood test and the receptionist (who worn glasses with brown/blond shoulder length hair) were brilliant! Thank you for helping me.

Was able to get a same day appointment, the receptionist was polite and efficient. The surgery is clean & well spaced out. My young lady doctor was punctual, polite, highly professional & extremely thorough. The staff on the pharmacy were also excellent, one lady in particular gave me advice on the benefits of prepayment certificates which I gladly took. I do however regret not taking note of the names of each person, as I would have given their good work a personal mention. Could not ask anymore of my local surgery. Excellent

What is it with medical receptionists and their ability to make the most simply tasks inexplicably complicated, whilst additionally being rude and unhelpfully at the same time, quite a skill.
