UPDATE: (23/09) I have now received a full refund from the owner. Owner is aware that his comments form on his website is not working and this is why he didn't receive my comments and the owner is taking action to fix this and work on fulfilling 100% of his orders. Consequently I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars --- Stole my money, didn't receive my product. Stay away from this fake company! I placed an order for an aroma 1 month ago during this time I've messaged the company 3 times and have not heard from them and have not received my product. Don't buy here.

Someone committed fraud on my card and ordered over 70.00 worth of products last night. I called the number and believe spoke with the owner today when I got the details from the bank. He said he had issued a refund after I told them to make sure the order wasn't sent out which he confirmed and even confirmed by text. He's now saying he's calling the police and revoked the refund even though nothing has been sent out. This company is a SCAM and they actively commit FRAUD and steal money. Why would you say you issued a refund at 14:51pm and again at 19:50pm but then at 20:07pm say you have reversed the refund earlier in the day? He can't keep up with his own lies. What a joke !!! Owner is a scam artist and a liar clearly and the police, action fraud and trading standards have been contacted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
