        Marcus was personable and approachable and saw us through a very tough 5 month period. He represented the seller but put in an equal 100% effort for us as buyers. He communicated constantly and stopped at nothing to keep the bottom of our chain together. Marcus would chase all estate agents involved and liaise with solicitors, even offering to drop round paperwork personally. Super persistent, he never gave up
