You feel staff are doing you a favour being there.
Dirty tables, no serviettes and the unit with sugar,salt and pepper etc was filthy.
My food was dropped on the counter and guy just turned his back on me and waltzed off.
Won't stop here again I'll use Watford Services they are great.
