        Poor service from this company. Took forever to send the order then decided to tell me the item I ordered was not in stock. Then asked them to send the other item I ordered and refund the one not in stock. This arrived and was not the T-shirt I ordered. Really slow customer service response time and overall a really poor service. Wont be buying from them again and will warn others about this company too.

        Used to have cool designs. Felt like there was a more punk/rock and roll element to design of tshirts now very samey. Like they lost a designer and someone had to step in. Changed fit of tshirts too, not as nice anymore and don't feel as good quality.

        My daughter loves Cross Check clothing so I ordered 2 hoodies 10 days before Christmas. I had tracking information for Royal Mail however no delivery. Cross Check contacted Royal Mail to be told they have 28 days to deliver even though a 24 hour service was paid for, In other words, Royal Mail lost my hoodies! On Saturday 22nd December, after closedown for the holidays, the owner of Cross Check Clothing, drove from his home in Leeds to his office in Rotherham to collect 2 hoodies, then drove to my house to deliver my order in time for Christmas. I will, of course, return the original lost hoodies, should they ever be delivered by Royal Mail. You would not get this service from any other company. Proof we should buy from small independent companies and not High street multinationals. I would definitely be buying from Cross Check again
