Con artists- started dogs vaccinations again and they charge for the whole package for two dogs so 3 x vaccines each @70 each, paid this and took my dogs for first vaccinations but was late on the second dose as we were away for a week due to unforeseen family circumstances, called the vets to explain and the receptionist said sorry you have to pay for the full course for both dogs again as will need restarting- despite them never receiving the other doses I paid for! I can understand if they wanted to recharge me for the first dose again as they had that one but taking money for the other doses Id already paid for and they never received is criminal, safe to say I have removed them from this vets practice and will be registering elsewhere where its about caring for animals and treating loyal customers as so- not just a grab for cash. Such a shame as both dogs have been registered here since they were pups but its clear they only care about money and not their customers or pets- approx 300 in total they would have had off me - rip off merchants- avoid!
