        The vet and nurse/s were really friendly, professional and comprehensive. They answered all my questions in detail and did not make me feel bad/uncomfortable for asking so many. They took care of Archie while he was in their care and was clear with the instructions we had to follow when we picked him up after his procedure (castration). Even though Archie was obviously nervous and anxious being at the vets, the nurse/vet were really caring, tender and affectionate with him and tried their best not to make him feel worse. They were also very reassuring when I called in the afternoon to check if everything went well.
