        I made an appointment with TCR for the 31st of December to view a Toyota Land Cruiser. When I made the appointment, I asked if there was rust/corrosion on the vehicle, and to be honest about it, because I had a two hour drive to get there, and another dealer had lied to me about rust/corrosion on another land cruiser and I wanted the truth. I was told that there was NO CORROSION!! On the morning of the 31st I drove for 2 hours, excited, as I wanted to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, the back tyre was half flat, the vehicle didnt start, the electric window controller didnt work. When I opened the engine bay, the wheel arches and engine were full of rust. I inspected the underside of the car they said that they had sealed the underside of the vehicle with a sealer to protect the vehicle from corrosion. My one question to the dealer when I made the appointment was, Please tell me if there is rust/corrosion as I have to drive for two hours to view the vehicle, and was told that there was nothing. I would not recommend this dealer as they will lie to you in order to make a sale. Very friendly people though, ironically.
