Auto Shark

Absolutely brilliant service from Auto Shark. Cant fault these guys at all. I had applied for finance in advance with a finance broker so knew my budget. I was searching for an ultra low mileage small hatchback which was in excellent condition, which would also be cheap to run and economical. Im ever so glad I broadened the search to cover a 200 mile radius from home as as soon as I did I came across the perfect car on Auto Sharks website. Low mileage, excellent condition, proper service record - all in all the Citron C3 was exactly what I was after. It was a little bit over the budget, but Im so glad I called. Got straight through to Hussein and he couldnt have been more helpful. He was able to be a bit flexible on the price and did a small discount to get the car just within my budget. I had quite a few questions, as I wasnt viewing it in person but he answered all the questions and nothing was too much trouble. I got the impression this was a very reputable honest dealership so decided to put down a deposit to make sure I got my new car. Less than 2 weeks later we took the trip to Rotherham to collect the Citron. It was a 360 mile round trip but well worth it. Everything was exactly as Hussein had said about the car. I took it on a test drive and all good, as I knew it would be. Hussein even bought us some complimentary coffees from the cafe next door whilst we were doing the paperwork. The car came with a 3 month warranty and I have the full confidence in Auto Shark that if anything does need to be fixed then they will get it sorted. All good so far and Im looking forward to many happy miles in the Citron. Thank you for such amazing customer service - 100 percent recommended Auto Shark!

I recently bought a Fiat 500 from this company. They were very helpful in organising getting the car to me after test driving and purchasing it. 3 weeks in I had a problem with the passenger handle. When I emailed them they were very quick to respond and transfer the funds for me to have the repairs done local to me. No questions asked. M Fantastic customer service and excellent experience. I would definitely buy another car from these guys.

Came to view a car and was unimpressed with presentation, full of cobwebs, dirty and sat at the back of forecourt after letting them know we were coming.
