This person is not a dealer but scamer and lier. Poor customer service as well. I bought automatic car and the gearbox started giving problems just after few days. The problem was so serious that the car was not drivible. After so many calls he said that he will take to repair the car. It took one month to repair and the communication was zero. He didn't even pick calls. He didn't even tell the day when he will deliver the car and if it was fixed. He just one day left it in Dron of my house with some recovery company. The driver evev didn't want to tell who was sending the car. The dealer wasn't picking the calls. And as it was expected the car was not fixed. The same problem again. Tried to call him back so many times but no reply. I decided to take this to court. I've sent him letter as per customer act that I will take this matter to court if he doesn't return the money. After he received the letter he sent a message that he wants to settle but I should remove Google reviews first. I removed it and he said he will pick up the car soon and refund the money. It has been 1 month since and tried to call him so many times, I've sent him so many messages but no reply. I am taking this to court. This dealer is classic scamer and liar.

This dealer is a classic liar and scamer. I've both a toyota auris automatic. In the first week the car started slipping into neutral. Called the dealer he said it was unfortunate what happened. Had to chase him so many times I even paid to take the car to repair it. Delivered back the car to him to repair and I paid for the delivery. It took 1 month to get back the car. The dealer didn't even replying the calls. He didn't even say when he will deliver the car back. They deliver the car on a recovery track without saying if he was repaired. This was suspicious and so many times tried to get him on the phone but no reply. And of course the car was not fixed. The same problem persisted. Tried to call him but nothing. Do I decided yo proceed to court. I've sent him letter as per Consumer act. When he received the letter he sent message that he wants to settle and refund the money but I need to remove the reviews on Google. I said I will and removed the reviews. Since than no answer from him. So many calls and no answer. I taking him to court now. He is not any dealer but liar and scamer.

Bought a Toyota Auris from them and after one week it became faulty. Returned it and after one month still havent gotten the car back. They keep promising the car will be returned but they wont pick my calls or give me an update on the car or when I will get a refund Atleast. Its not fair that I have to stay without a car after paying for it. Good service at point of sale, but bad service at this point because I dont seem to get returns for my investment.

Just bought an Audi A1 from this garage and I couldnt fault them. Any queries and questions I had they were more than happy to answer and sort out for me. Very good service and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a new car. Thank you!
