Nothing but a good experience from first contact to collecting the car, we are over 2hrs away so had to trust that everything that was said to us was right and the car is perfect thank you, would definitely recommend R&R cars

Bought my first car here and i am very dissapointed,on call i was reassured the car have no problems. Had hope they check good + warranty so i will have no problems When problems start i contact them and all they did is send me to warranty,they have no deal with the repairs . Ignition fault , when i stall engine i try to start and it won't,i need to turn off ignition and start it again,bought with this problem as stall on test drive,as a new driver was thinking maybe its from manufacture,on inspection shows a ignition fault and other 2 electrical faults, i will not belive they did not conect the car to computer to see the faults. Rear windscreen wiper auto-starts and i can't stop it and when is raining is not working and is leaking on trunk,washer tank have a crack and liquid is running out. Trunk light sometime is working sometime not. Handbrake plastic cover falls in my hand next day after purchase, plastic cover on front passenger seat falls next day and i think they remove the seatbelt lock sensor and moved to the driver seat so i will hear the noize if don't put the seatbelt but on passenger not. In 2 weeks Engine had a missfire because of bad spark plugs, fixed it and after 2 weeks check engine again dead oxigen sensor 1 and of course NOT warranty case Bad smell like mould. Gave car to friend he say clutch will last half year maximum. "12 Months AA recovery" they offer for free don't take the car as code was activated when car was broken and to take it to their service is 270 gbp to check if its warranty. Asked the R&R seller for help,nothing they can do! I ask on local car dealer to help and they took my car for 60 gbp from Worksop to Rotherham. The 3 months "AA WARRANTY" seller offer will cover nothing, don't lisen what seller will say cover on engine and some parts,it cover noting. Don't trust on AA warranty ! I left 5 stars to service located in Rotherham because they was nice people. "Worksop Testing Centre" is a car service near my house what got 5 stars aswell last week. NOTHING you fixed yrself or try to help,you was sending me to garage when AA sayd NOT covered by warranty. No point goeing to Rotherham to waste fuel and time when i will have to pay for repair.

Great service was left alone to view car twice no pushy sales. After service has also proved to be 5* after we noticed a deep scratch in the windscreen there was no issue in getting the windscreen replaced.

Travelled 3hr round trip to view a 2011 vehicle with 58k for 6.5k, that was described over the phone as not having any faults, and in excellent condition inside and out. Unfortunately the vehicle had damage to every panel, rear quarter with a 50p sized dent and fist sized dent in it, rear bumper had several large chunks missing from it, all 4 x wheels needed refurbishment & cracked tail light. Sales person not interested in viewing the car defects with me. Asked if some of the repairs could be arranged; answer: No. Attempted to negotiate slightly on the price, to cover the costs of the repairs to tidy up. A reasonable request I thought, however the tone of the reply was frosty and dismissive, and immediately began advising they would just sell to anyone else in the que to view the car. No movement on price, no apologies for misleading information from the start, no apologies for wasting over 3 hours of my time. Quite rude / apathetic. I thanked the salesperson regardless. I guess that's just how some people do business. A really unpleasant encounter. A real shame, a different attitude could of assured a sale, or at least saved a journey to view a car that was described as excellent, but actually needed a lot of tidying. I cannot recommend this trader, sorry.
