I am another customer who tried to order a custom made wasterfall blade and aventualy managed this after several weeks of trying, I was sent a price/invoice and was told this would take a few days for delivery it's been nearly 2 weeks, I have left many messages and tried to ring but have not had any reply. I will now wait until the end of this week and if I haven't received it by then I will be asking for a refund.

Dear waterbladerus Please will you respond to emails, answer phone calls, reply to messages. I've have placed an order but have no ideas if i will get the good's. There is no customer service. I can't comment one the product as it not been delivered, but the leave of communication so far vis very poor.
