Booked in with Matt for a Sports Massage after many years of working in sport, and he performed some miracles! Released a lot of tightness in my shoulders and back, increasing my movement and reach, and the results have been fantastic. Going to book in regularly throughout the season to keep the tightness away, and keep doing the suggested stretches to stay agile. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody needing this.

My son is an athlete and I took him to Matt for a sports massage, his clinic is spotlessly clean and Matt is a great guy who looked after my son very well and sorted his tight leg muscles out.

Saw Matt today for a sports massage, had problems for years with my shoulder, I instantly felt comfortable with Matt, very professional and extremely knowledgable. My should feels brilliant even after one session. 100% recommend to all.

I've had several sports massages with Matt this year and every single time, I leave feeling much better! The next day I can really feel the difference it makes. I had spinal surgery on a disc years ago - due to that and my lifestyle/work I have poor posture and tight muscles in my legs and back. I do remain active so every few weeks Matt works on those areas to free them up which means I can carry on with my life, pain-free. Thanks Matt!

Fantastic deep tissue/sports massage after two weeks of muscle and tendon pain... I walked away feeling great! Highly recommended.
