Just recently placed a large order. The first order placed was cancelled. We contacted the store to ask what had happened and they said we had cancelled it and tried to put the blame on us and then proceeded to blame a new member of staff. Order was placed again. Once we received our order there were a lot of mistakes mixing up the order / giving us something we hadn't ordered. Again when we contacted them they said we must have inputted it wrong even though everything was correct on the receipt. Their customer service and attitude towards customers is appalling. Will definitely not be ordering from this store again. Even the delivery driver commented on them messing up our first order.

Shocking service, a group of us ordered from the office through JustEat and they cancelled our order minutes later after we'd already paid. When we called to question this the lady I spoke to blatantly lied to me and told me that it was us that had cancelled it. When my other colleague called he was then told it was due to a new member of staff being inexperienced so the member of staff I spoke with completely lied and tried making it out that it was our error which is disgusting. To make matters worse, when we (eventually) got the order, there were several items wrong! AVOID, TOTALLY INCOMPETENT

Awful. Order from Just Eat frequently, the order is always wrong somehow. We have just had our delivery- no crisps, wrong drink, box looks like its been launched at a wall and the sandwiches look like theyve been thrown together by a 5 year old. When I rang up I just got told to put a refund request in to Just Eat which is all well and good but I wanted the food!? Wont be ordering from this store again
