First visit to Rancheros and all the staff are very welcoming. Our waitress was lovely, the buffet had a nice selection well presented and the meat selections brought to the table were so tasty. Recommend a visit to all.

Visited last night with my family and Brazilian partner. The meats were tasty and service from our waiter Marcelo was fantastic. However the hot/cold salad bar left a little to be desired. Its definitely not a Brazilian restaurant without white rice and Brazilian black beans! Not everybody wants spicy rice! I understand they have to cater to locals taste but there were 4 different types of pasta, Greek salad and a charcuterie board, none of which represents Brazil at all. I would also say the booth tables arent the best set up for self service salad bars as everyone has to get up every time someone wants to get more food. Overall a nice visit and the restaurant has potential, but I think the business could definitely benefit from a little Brazilian authenticity with the salad bar.
