Appreciate your response. To confirm this was not a case where you didn't know the items were missing - which you explained would be the reason you checked orders.
In this case ,you did know ,and chose to withhold food at my doorstep whilst a check was made. The driver then questioned where the beans and tomatoes were?. Making the situation worse as they were the box they checked. I'd given no reason and had been polite. This was not the customers error.
Re the comment and assumption the food wouldn't be cold is wrong- it was plated and not piping hot so was cooling? and as agreed you cannot reheat. Its wrong to state this. There are too many reviews re cold food to not accept any delays would not result in food being cooler. You are the only bus I've dealt with who makes people wait whilst checking please be more discreet. I understand but you knew the items were missing but chose to treat me like that. Its done but asdiscussed please consider the approach. im a customer who paid and who selected you . Thank you again.
