        I find the staff at this facility to be very disrespectful towards patients and other staff members. No team cohesion or professional courtesy. Im genuinely concern about the welfare of the people held here. I also went to use the toilet and noticed that it wasnt flushed. My concern is, if you cant flush the toilet you probably didnt wash your hands and what effect does this have on the patients. I would recommend the director of this company hire someone as a secret worker to report their findings. The reputation of your company is on the line.

        Staff very rude, abusive, noisy and have no respect for local residents ...parking anywhere obstructing driveways and nr junctions leaving used masks n cig ends !! Wonder how they treat their patients !!
