BikeBox Alan Ltd

Ive been using my Bike Box Alan for several years now and its been brilliant. However eventually one of the wheels became damaged and I forgot to get a replacement. A few days before my trip I pulled out box and remembered the damaged wheel. I phoned support and they were amazingly helpful and managed to get a replacement to me within 24hrs setting me up for a great trip. I recommend the box 100% and can only tip my hat in thanks to the amazing after sales service. A huge thank you. Anth.

Ive got the bike box this week but I was a little bit surprised by how the packaging was done (see photo). For a product so expensive I would expect a more professional packaging. Remains to be seen the quality of the product now.

I would just like to provide some feedback on my recent hire of one of your boxes. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, from the booking itself, to arranging collection / drop off with Stuart who was super helpful & flexible with times to suit me around my work shifts. As it was over an hour each way for me to travel to pick up / drop off the box this was very important & Stuart made this part very easy for me which was greatly appreciated. The box itself was fantastic. As Im not very mechanically minded at all I opted for the Aero Easyfit & it was extremely easy for even someone like me to pack my bike. The whole process probably took less than half an hour. My bike arrived safe & sound at my destination which as Id never traveled with it before was a huge huge relief & was testament to how well the box provides protection. All in all I wouldnt hesitate to use you again if I was travelling with my bike & would absolutely buy a box if I was travelling more regularly. Customers are quick to complain when things go wrong & maybe arent as quick to praise great service & a great product so I just wanted to to say thank you very much from a very happy customer

Highly recommend. Fabulous company who went above and beyond to make sure my box was ready despite me being outside the delivery time. The box itself is excellent and wouldnt pack my bike into anything else. Thanks

5 stars - you dont need to read reviews on here for comfort on just how good their boxes are. Though I have come on here to say that theyve helped replace the wheels on my box just a few weeks after I purchased it due to a faulty part. Replaced and fixed in minutes. Just when you thought you couldnt like them any more.
