Paul was brilliant, I had a grade 1 hamstring tear. Within a few weeks after following instructions and doing the exercises he provided I was back to some running. Small amounts to start, but improving all the time.

I contacted the practice after having an injury to my back. I was seen very quickly with treatment starting straight away. Paul was fantastic & made me feel at ease. He had me pain free again in a few weeks. I would highly recommend them.

A successful outcome once again for a nasty shoulder injury. Unable to sleep and very painful doing normal activities. Great diagnosis from Paul and he set my expectations that this could take a while to heal with treatment and exercise plan. Delighted to say Im fit and well and disappointed that we wont be putting the world to right and talking about holidays on my visits. Excellent service as always, thank you very much.

Absolutely brilliant place, around 6 years of misery with lower back pain and it took just over 6 weeks of IDD spinal decompression therapy, to now be pain free. The professionalism of Paul's work and friendliness of the team is outstanding. Would recommend to anyone, any age.
