Went to see Stacy last summer with pain from torn rotary cuff and also pain from planter fasciitis. Had shockwave therapy on both and physio for a few weeks and great results. Pain again this last few weeks so back again last week and this week and having more physio. Its worth the slight discomfort during her treatment to get some relief afterwards. You dont realise until shes doing it how tight and how restricted your movements are which then causes your pain. Stacey very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Also given exercise sheets on first visit which I could access on my phone these had videos to watch to remind me how to do them etc. Nice premises and easy access and parking outside.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. Exercise plan created quickly and Sam adjusts it quickly to suit my needs and how I am adapting to the programme. Already making a difference to how I am recovering. Would highly recommend.
