Surely if they are offering the jab they should have a plan in place, maybe some signage for guidance and a person greeting you with a clip board to book you in, just like it says they should on NHS website, ie why we have a booking reference. No organisation in this place which worries me to death considering what they are tasked to do.
You can not offer a vaccination service and then expect everyone to mingle with customers coming to use the pharmacy, madness and again very lazy.
Glad I walked away 'jab-less'
