        I am in the process of trying to stop these Rotherham Direct hi jacking my monthly prescriptions from my local pharmacy! I used them a couple of times and they kept forgetting to deliver half my order. After two weeks of promising to deliver the part they had forgotten. I had to go to the Shakespeare road branch to fetch it. I do not recommend them.

        pharmist doesnt know what hes talking about, failed to look at me in the face when talking, odd few times when i came in for advice he was no where in site when a request was made to speak to him. worst place i have ever vistited and certainly will be looking at going elsewhere

        Unreliable, incompetent, no manners. Would not use this pharmacy again. Went in for some advice and was met with people who couldn't seem bothered.

        Fantastic service! Delivered an urgent prescription within two hours for my daughter and always quick with mine. Wouldn't use anyone else!

        This pharmacy is a unreliable untrustworthy run by what seems like incompetent people they say one thing and means some think els was told meds would be out on delivery but when I called for follow-up was told they where not dun at all some days I have gone days waiting for my medication and I once was given wrong ones. Would not recommend this place at all
