Meadowbank Shotblasting & Coatings

Was not impressed with the customer service we received. The radiators were not ready on the expected date (which we did not mind) but no communication to let us know this, we had to chase up. We then had to send them back to be re done as was unhappy with the finish. We confirmed a date and time that we would drop them off (taking time off from work) and arrived at this time and no one was there, they had shut up for the day (3pm). We then had to travel again the next day using more of our petrol and taking more time off work. Again we were never told the radiators were ready and when i called to chase up were told they had been ready for ages! We had been freezing over Christmas and using expensive temporary heating, to be told they were ready before Christmas was very frustrating. When i raised all this on the phone, the response was lacking "oh right". No apology or discount offered for all the inconvenience: wasted annual leave time and petrol.

When I see the offer for an hour of work in this company, I thought it was 2006. I have worked in this profession for twenty years and I respect beginners who talked into companies like the one that offers 12 an hour. For 12 pounds you work in a clean hotel or on a forklift truck and you do not inhale two pack and you lose your eyesight and health after years of such work.
