Northfield Under 5s Ltd

Absolutely shocking. Paid all money due but was charged late payment fees for months after my children had left without being informed. The first I knew was when I was taken taken to court. I paid this terrible money grabber over 20k over the years and he took me to court over late payment fees that he continued to charge me for 6 months. An absolute disgrace and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Beware! I would be happy to post all the correspondence to prove it. I wasn't working at the same place when I was clearly receiving late payment fee invoices for over 6 months because of 6 pounds that was left over from a late payment fee. No calls at all. Just awful. You're getting your money but yet you also feel the need to make me look like a lier? Wow, nice way to treat a hardworking mother who spent so many thousands of pounds with you. You won't answer any correspondence that I send to you so I felt that this was the only way to speak honestly about the situation.

I can highly recommend Northfield Under 5's. Our 2 year old daughter started attending two mornings a week in September. She'd got to the stage where she was ready for a bit of independence and to make friends. I thought long and hard about what type of provision would be best for her and after a visit over the summer decided on Northfield Under 5's. The staff are all fantastic - very warm and friendly and our daughter has settled in really well and talks about nursery and her new friends all week long!
