Closed without notice leaving many parents without a child care. Some people knew, most didn't.

UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY HAVE TREATED THEIR CUSTOMERS. I've collected my son on Friday 08/07/22 and all was fine. On Sunday 10/07 we have logged into the Famly portal to see some comments from other parents. Apparently some parents got a letter that nursery has closed on Friday until September. Don't you think it would be appropriate to give all parents as much notice as possible? In fact we wouldn't know at all if not for other parents. You don't charge people nearly 600 a month and leave them in a situation like this!!! I won't be coming to this business at all and recommend you go and find yourself some more established business as it seems like they got some manager/staff issues. I won't trust you anymore. You did it once you can do it again.

We love Thrybergh Day Nursery! From the second we stepped through the door we got a good feel for the place. We were apprehensive about leaving our child in the care of someone else but our fears were soon allayed. The staff are welcoming and kind and communication with parents is fantastic. Staff give a thorough handover and the eylog app is a great addition, its lovely to be able to see pictures of whats been happening during the day and also to have a record of our childs development. The environment is nurturing and the resources both inside and out are amazing, especially the new pre school room. The nurserys response to Covid has also been exceptional, we have had great confidence in the measures that they have put in place to ensure the safety of the children, their families and staff. We highly recommended Thrybergh Day Nursery!

Having never left my little one for any significant amount of time I was very anxious about finding him the right childcare provider. I was back and forth with a few different ones but Thrybergh Day Nursery were completely understanding about my anxieties and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. We had a rough few mornings where he would cry at the door and beg me not to send him in, but he was scooped up, cuddled and reassured by the wonderful ladies who look after him and within minutes Id have a picture sent to me of him having the time of his life. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. His allergies are catered for without it ever feeling like an inconvenience. The daily updates are incredible for an anxious mama like myself and I am finally able to not worry about him when hes not with me. He is welcomed every morning like family and the very thorough handover at pick up time is incredible. Ill be forever grateful that we found the right place for him.

We love Thrybergh Day Nursery! The setting could not have been renovated from an old church to a nursery any better than it has been! The church features have been used well for its new use and the natural/traditional theme throughout looks amaizing. There is plenty for the children to explore and learn through play. Staff are proffessional and truly love what they do - it shows in an abundance! Working as a nurse my little one has been throughout both lockdowns and I couldnt have felt any safer leaving him there. They have had the safety of the staff and children at the heart throughout no matter the cost time or effort it has taken to provide a safe, clean, fun environment. All with smiles on their faces and keeping as much normality as they can - for this I cannot thank them enough! My little one absaloutly lives for Thrybergh Day Nursery and the ladies that work there, he cannot wait to get their in a morning! I wait all day for him to tell me enthusiastically about his day. I also love the daily photos and updates we get from the nurserys App. Its a great little app to see what they have been upto, how this promotes their learning and seeing what stage they are at in theor development! I cannot reccomend this nursery enough! I have an older child who attended a different setting and my experience this time round has been 1000 times better!
