Worst experience ever.Manager lacks professionalism and if you air out your grievances she is quick to defend her own staff.My daughter came home drenched in wee meaning she hadnt been changed at all all day .I complained about this and was made to feel like a liar and was marginalised for making the complaint.I ended up pulling my daughter out of that nursery as the service was just appalling.

I have been very impressed by Wickersley Nursery. Both of my children have attended the nursery from an early age. As a parent, the most important thing for me is that my children are happy - and both have been extremely happy at Wickersley Nursery. The staff are kind and caring, and quickly develop bonds with the children. Both my children have thrived developmentally whilst attending Wickersley Nursery, and the activities that the staff do with the children are excellent. The facilities are good too, including a lovely garden with plenty of outdoor play equipment. I definitely recommend this nursery.

Wickersley nursery have been absolutely fantastic with my son. He was very shy when he first started having moved from a different nursery but the staff were brilliant and built his confidence so much. Facilities are great with a lovely outdoor area. Thank you for everything you have done and for preparing him for school! You will be missed xxx
