Excellent family owned camper van conversion company. Keeps you up to date on progress of your conversion, gives great advice and has lots of choice of vehicles, interiors and accessories. Saw this company at a motorhome show and was impressed with the thought they had gone into with their vehicles. Can't wait to collect our new van in 5he new year some time

Having spent many happy times in 'Vera' our T5 VW pop top camper, we decided (as not getting any younger!) that a similar length van with a high top was the next step. So began the search. After viewing numerous styles and makes (Westfalia Nugget, Devon Firefly, Wildax Pulsar, Autosleeper Symbol, Hymer Ayres Rock) found all had too many compromises. It also confirmed the fact that for us, a shower was not such an important factor as the feeling of space and practical storage. In February we stumbled across a 'you tube' video of the Trouvaille Classique high top, and thought Wow! that looks promising. It was the Monday following the Peterborough Show, so all vans were still there. However, Jessica very kindly arranged for Richard to bring the van back earlier than planned for a viewing. We fell in love with it immediately. The feeling of space was incredible for such a small van. The build quality was excellent, providing well thought out, practical storage solutions. It was obvious that it had been designed by someone who actually uses campervans. Richard, Sonya and Jessica could not have been more helpful, even providing invaluable assistance with the sale of our VW. We picked up 'Tilly' on the 15th February and have just returned from our first outing to Castleton, where she was really put to the test with snow and -3 temperatures. Everything worked perfectly and she passed with flying colours, attracting attention from fellow campers intrigued by the size and interior design. If 'Trouvaille' is French for 'a lucky find,' then in our case it certainly was. It is lovely to have found a small family company who take great care and pride in the vans they produce, giving confidence to new owners that a solution can always be found for any problems that may arise. The team at Orange Campers were always available to offer advice and help, and would highly recommend getting in touch if a small, well thought out camper is what you require. We give them a thoroughly well deserved 5* rating

We have had our Trouvaille Classique for almost a year now and it is fab. Having spent 2021 looking at different options of small campervans and even hiring another brand for a weekend we knew what we wanted, we just had to try and find it. I was extremely pleased to find Orange Campers, not least because they were only 6 miles from our home, and I immediately arranged to go and visit. Richard was very accommodating and showed me the demo van, vans in build and the factory set up. Within a week we had test driven the demo van and placed an order on returning. Sourcing a new van was not straight forward as Fiat had drastically cut their order book but Sonya found one and quickly completed the purchase from a dealership elsewhere. With being so local I was able to view the van being fitted out by popping in every few days and everyone was always very welcoming. When showing the van to family and friends everyone is as impressed as we are with the very thoughtful specifications as standard, the amount of space and the level of comfort. And, when we are at campsites, we often have people asking to look inside as they appreciate the ease of a 5m van and are impressed with the amount of space they can see we have. As before, everyone at Orange are superb, nothing seems to be too much trouble and the van specifications and build quality speak for themselves. We would highly recommend.

How great is this van! While VW campervans do have a certain "cool" reputation, Ruth and I both felt that we needed more space if we were going to cope with van life for extended periods in damp Ireland and beyond. The Orange Campers Trouvaille Classic is based on a Fiat Ducato, specifically the L1H1, short wheelbase, low roof model. It is amazingly spacious and the extra headroom over a VW or Ford Transit means my wife can stand up with the pop-top down! I am 5'10" and just have to stoop a little while standing - I would have to be on my knees in a VW! It also means that in cold or very windy weather you can live perfectly comfortably with the roof down. When the roof is up it is like a Tardis - tons of room for 4 adults to socialise if the weather is inclement.....an essential benefit in Ireland! Our van has everything you could reasonably need or want in a van, all finished to an extremely high standard and constantly being upgraded, tweaked and improved to make it even more usable - we were supplied with the newly designed roof, a pleasant surprise. Rich is a perfectionist and takes such pride in doing the job properly. And have I mentioned it is spacious? Our VW friends are all about lightweight, foldable equipment and cutting out everything but essential items. We have so much storage I almost feel guilty - proper chairs, full size kettle, all manner of clutter and still plenty of space for more. Finally, there was dealing with Orange Campers themselves. Sonya and Richard could not have been more patient and accommodating. Sonya constantly put my mind at ease through supply chain issues and Fiat delays, eventually sorting us with a new van she had held back, when the one we had ordered failed to appear. They honoured all our original choices and even threw in some upgrades at the handover to make up for our Fiat troubles. A most professional and caring operation which extends to the other front of house staff member, Jessica, who was so helpful and long suffering in answering all manner of queries. I cannot recommend this small family company enough. They deserve to succeed!
