If you liked to be overworked, understaffed and underpaid then this may be the right job for you, one of the worst places I've had the misfortune to work for, has scant disregard for health and safety protocols with vans being overloaded and not having enough/or any securings to secure customer products/mobility aids in place, the main manager is highly disliked amongst the workforce has little to no knowledge of the job he's doing and just palms any work he can't/won't do to people under him, expected to do overtime if you haven't finished all your jobs on time which is hardly ever due to the massive backlog of work and then you'll be lucky to get paid for it as no one shows you how to log in your overtime or holidays unless you repeatedly ask. Overall company is a complete shamble an embarrassment of a business only putting themselves first at all times and not the workers, I was forced to leave abruptly due to ongoing work related stress which many workers have or have took time off work for, it is nothing but a strain on the main workers who go out doing there jobs whilst still trying to maintain a smile. If I had time I would of joined a union or possibly seeked legal action due to the many underlying issues that are here, but for me it was just easier for me to leave and get as far away from this place as possible. In short just stay well clear very clear if you want to hold on to any of your happiness and sanity.
